Sara grew up in Orlando, FL, surrounded by a family full of health and fitness influences—from nurses and personal trainers to triathlon enthusiasts and collegiate athletes. It was no surprise that she would eventually become captivated by the beauty of how the human body moves (even when she wasn’t too thrilled with how the fitness industry is typically run).
Her journey took a deeper turn when she studied Exercise Science at the University of Florida and began helping care for her grandfather, who was battling Parkinson’s Disease. Seeing the profound impact of physical & music therapy on his symptoms inspired her to pursue a path of educating others on the immense benefits of movement and holistic well-being.
Now, as a student of physical therapy, Sara blends her passion for helping others with her deep understanding of how movement affects both the body and mind. She’s worked with a variety of teams and communities, from research groups and elementary schools to physical therapy clinics and the Center for Independent Living. Her goal is always to help people discover the connection between their physical health and their overall quality of life by simply getting to know them first, because every single one of us is beautifully unique.
What Sara loves most about in-home and virtual training is the opportunity to work with folks who might never feel comfortable in a gym. She knows firsthand how stressful gyms can be—so she’s here to create a relaxed, empowering environment where you can feel your best, no pressure.
Whether you’re a beginner or want a new perspective on your fitness, Sara is excited to bring energy and music into every session, helping you stay motivated and focused on the best version of yourself—without the stress of the gym.
